Enough Already - Stop Contacting Me!

Obviously I enjoy social media. I love Facebook, Twitter, blogs, LinkedIn, Ping.fm, etc. My gripe is that there are some people that just don't take no for an answer or even yes for that matter.

How Do I Seal the Deal With a Potential Client?

You get an email requesting more information about your business. What is the next step in sealing the deal?

The first thing is to always respond within 12 hours to the potential client. Even if you can't answer a specific question that the client has respond that you are busy dealing with other clients but will get back with them with an answer within "X" amount of time. I would say no more than 48 hours. This sets the tone that you are a business owner and not an employee.
